Claims Team Manager - Early Response Unit - (St Louis, MO)

Description: AAA Automobile Club is seeking a Claims Team Manager Early Response Unit The Automobile Club is looking for an experienced individual with the expertise to manage a team of Claims professionals. The Claims Team Manager would provide leadership, supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in adjusting insurance claims estimates. Assists Unit Manager in operating the office in conformance with Club philosophy, standards and procedures. Interviews, provides training, rewards and coaches and counsel employees. Plans, assigns and directs work of employees and administer employee performance appraisals. Prepares and maintains documentation on employee performance and discipline. Monitors production and quality of work performed by adjusters to ensure proper claim file documentation, Department of Insurance compliance, and proper claim handling. Completes staff audits as well as behavioral audits on a monthly basis.
