Position title: Director, Robotic Process Automation FLSA status: Exempt Department: Provider Analytics Reports to: Vice President, Provider Analytics Job overview: The Director, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be responsible for ensuring the overall processes, policies, procedures and controls for the RPA function are designed and maintained. Responsible for the creation, building and maintenance of proprietary software platform and automation that support the company's RPA strategy, including: • Leading the automation life-cycle, including using best practices for analysis, design, build/test, implementation and integration of new, modified and/or enhanced automations • Leading process definition and solution design sessions, architecture and build walk through, documentation reviews and user acceptance testing
