Implementation Services Specialist - (McHenry, IL)

The Implementation Services Specialist's principal role is planning and delivery of services related to Follett technology products. These services include implementation planning, software installation and configuration, loading of data, training the customer on technical topics, and supporting customer issues during and immediately following the implementation process. Accountabilities include: * Developing implementation plans based on customer qualifications. * Coordinating schedules with assigned Account Managers and other departments * Analyzing account and project info to develop plan for delivery of services * Contributing to the development of efficient service delivery processes to improve the efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
