Contract Recruiter - (Virginia Beach, VA)

The Recruiter's primary duties will include, but not limited to: *Conducting full life-cycle technical recruiting for Department of Defense contractor roles *Sourcing, screening, and recruiting of potential applicant via on-line job boards, career fairs, internal database, and networking events *Using and navigating approved job boards, to include resume search *Performing applicant interviews and providing phone technical screening. *Strong use of recruiting/sourcing tools through colleges, technical schools, trade and professional associations, military transition centers . *Providing weekly status reports on all recruiting activity. *Navigating complex business processes and working independently to support hiring managers across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Requirements: *Bachelor's degree strongly preferred *3yrs of background in technical recruiting for DoD government or defense industry *Applicant must be self-motivated with a history of exceeding high performance standards.
