Regional Human Resource Manager - (Maryneal, TX)

We are looking for a Regional Human Resource Manager to join our HR team, primarily managing the HR functions for our Maryneal, TX plant and providing support to our plant in Pryor, OK. The Regional Human Resources Manager Acts as a liaison between Facility Management and Corporate Office personnel. Serves as the initial point of contact for employees, supervisors and managers at the local level on issues relating to personnel, such as salary administration, compensation and benefits, employment, employee and labor relations, training and other related areas. Researches, documents and resolves employee issues; consults with Senior HR Staff as necessary, to resolve more complex issues.
