Recruiting Manager - (Hartford, CT)

Aerotek is currently hiring for an internal, permanent/full-time position within our organization in the Windsor Locks, CT area as an On-Premise Account Recruiting Manager (OPARM) Candidates who are qualified must have at least 2-five years of previous recruiting background, or sales or management experience. Job overview: Overall management of the client and contractor background, to include full cycle recruiting for aircraft mechanics, aviation and sheet metal applicants. Contractor maintenance (service touch-points, attendance warnings, performance feedback, etc), Perform plant tours for applicants, oversee on-boarding process, schedule drug tests and backgrounds, and perform orientations. Prepare weekly payroll, monitor attendance and issue warnings when needed. Maintain weekly and monthly reports for client, Workers Compensation procedures and handle employee relations matters. Support the client's safety team and maintain a positive partnership with client.
