Associate General Counsel, Real Estate - (Kansas City, MO)

? Provide legal services to Port KC staff on all aspects of real estate development transactions including development agreements, financing documents, land use, and planning. ? Work with the General Counsel and outside Bond counsel to negotiate and draft conduit finance transaction documents. ? Draft and execute commercial leasing documents, and manage any landlord/tenant legal issues.
