Production Supervisor, second Shift 53066 Salary: $50,000 - $50,000 Duties include:- Assigning and coordinating work on a production line; - Overseeing most of the day to day operations of the group; - Assigning employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output qualifications; - Maintains the log and prepares daily time sheets, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports; - Inspecting the product to ensure production specifications are met; - Participating in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures. EDUCATION: High-school degree required; post high-school education is a plus. CRITICAL SKILLS: - two years of manufacturing leadership background; - Must have background supervising 80-100 employees; - Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. MYK62683JR
