Research Assistant - (Groton, CT)

Description: The Federal Health Operation of Leidos is seeking a Research Assistant to support our operations at the Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) in Groton, CT. NSMRL conducts research and investigates the effects of medical, psychological, and performance issues associated with the health and performance of naval personnel in operational and non-operational settings. The Research Assistant will be responsible for assisting in developing, setting up and monitoring of psychological and physiological testing for a variety of projects in the fields of underwater acoustics, human performance, decision making, and display development. Scope: The perfect applicant shall: - Provide support for executing research protocols and/or ombudsman support for research projects as required; including interaction with research subjects, providing feedback to principal investigators, etc. - Applicants must have completed a Bachelor's degree in an experimental science.
