Senior Estimator - (Norcross, GA)

Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to fill a Senior Estimator/Pre Construction Leader role for a client in Norcross, GA. The role will be responsible for estimating costs, doing takeoffs, review of construction documents, requests for proposals from vendors, entering data into estimating tools, preparing proposals, updating material pricing. Responsibilities Work together with vendors to obtain quotes and maintain material pricing Collaborate together with sales team to develop pricing for projects Obtain approval on all pricing decisions and strategy before sending the proposal Assist Sales Engineer in turnover projects regarding estimates, prints, specs, etc Other reporting, assignments, etc. as requested by Management Attend weekly sales meetings and any other company held events
