Field Service Technician - (Longs, SC)

Fast growing service company is looking for a motivated individual to service its customers in North and South Carolina. Customers are mostly municipal wastewater organizations. Job consists of approx 40% shop work at our Longs, SC warehouse, and 60% travel to perform system checks, maintenance, service and deliveries at customer locations. Normal work hours are Monday - Friday 8-4:30, but due to the large service area, some overtime will be required. Requires current valid drivers license and background driving a truck, occasionally pulling a heavy trailer. A medical certificate for commercial driving is required, however a valid drivers license is not required as all vehicles are less than 26,000 CGVW. Drug test at time of hiring as well as random drug testing without notice. Must be skilled at trouble shooting simple mechanical and electrical equipment. Requires good written and verbal people skills when working with customers. Requires record keeping and expertise to schedule service appointments.
