Helpdesk Admin - (Morrisville, NC)
Job description: This individual will be part of the Technical Operations Team and will report to the IT Manager. This individual is responsible for providing technical support to all Netsertive Employees. Applicant must be a student with a major in a related position. The applicant must be interested in collaborating with all members of the company. Responsibilities: * Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically *Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues *Ownership of system monitoring, performance tuning, trouble shooting, backup and recovery *Research questions using available info resources *Advise user on appropriate action *Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention *Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
