helpdesk Technician - (Rogers, AR)

TEKsystems is looking to identify a Helpdesk Technician for a large national customer. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting internal hardware/software issues, troubleshooting network connectivity, as well as strong customer service. This applicant must be open to working any shift! This applicant must have outstanding communication abilities. This is a contract that should last 8-10 mons. Background as a team lead will be beneficial but not required. This person ideally will have background supporting a large enterprise company.
