International Shipping Clerk - (Warsaw, IN)

Established company seeking International Shipping Clerk in Warsaw, Indiana : previous background is REQUIRED! International Shipping Clerk needed to perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the International shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of GMP and non-GMP materials. Position responsibilities: Maintain monthly release info for international facilities, working with other location's buyers to assure product is shipping/ordered timely and as requested Coordinate with in house Client's Import/Export Compliance Group to arrange shipping documentation and schedule pick-ups for outbound material being shipped domestically via freight service. Maintain and track every international request and give approximate ship dates Create XT/ZT JDE transaction for shipments as well as SOA/Mat Cert for any shipments Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings with global locations to discuss qualifications Interacting and coordinating work with departments of the organization
