Behavioral Health Provider (Graduate-Level) - (Columbia City, IN)

Position expectations and duties will vary slightly depending on education, ability and background. Some duties may include the following: Providing high-quality mental health assessments and making diagnostic impressions Providing individual, group and family therapy services as appropriate Complete substance use assessments Complete crisis evaluations to assess for risk of suicide and danger to self or others Complete documentation of services provided, including providing monthly reports as requested by referral sources (Probation, DCS, Courts) Assess client needs and refer as appropriate to other available services (Psychiatric services, Case management services, etc.) Masters Degree in Behavioral Health or related position (MSW, MS, MA, PhD, PsyD., etc.).
