The Harlingen Water Works System provides water and waste water services to more than 25,000 customers in the City of Harlingen. The Harlingen Water Works System owns and operates 2 water treatment plants, its own water and waste water distribution systems, and a newly constructed wastewater treatment plant. The ideal successor will continue to respond to the changing dynamics of the organization, by providing leadership and strategic direction to the rapidly growing operations of this public utility.
