POSITION EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION/AFFORDABLE SENIOR HOUSING SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced property manager who will be responsible for the lease up of a 95 unit independent affordable senior building near Midway Airport. Applicant must demonstrate successful new construction marketing and lease up background. Must have 5 yrs of senior housing property management experience and be well versed in Section 42 qualifications. Applicant must possess excellent leasing, marketing and outreach skills. Knowledge of Yardi software is preferred. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the daily operations of the property Perform tenant certifications Leasing and marketing Advertising & outreach Accounts payable & receivable Oversee maintenance Coordinate resident activities Tenant relations Conduct move in, move out, and annual unit inspections Process rents and bank deposits Maintain current waitlist
