Summary Oversees, supervises and coordinates activities of warehouse team members concerned receiving, storing, inventory, issuing, and shipping products by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews reports from the AM management team. Conducts a pre-shift inspection of the Warehouse. Determines the readiness of the forklifts, order pickers and other equipment assigned. Also assesses the overall maintenance and condition of the warehouse and surrounding cities. Advises and demonstrates to the employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems. Complete reports as needed and communicates essential info to management and day Warehouse Supervisor/Manager. Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock.
