Claims Representative (Paid membership required) - (Beaverton, OR)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Research and resolve customer deductions and to reconcile credit and debit balances on a customer's account. Identify customer's behavioral patterns to prevent a loss of income for the brand. Maintain communications with Customers, Customer Service, Logistics, EDI, Compliance, Sales, Finance, and other various departments in the organization. Critical responsibilities: Communicate with wholesale customers, Sales Representatives, Customer Service, Compliance, Logistics, EDI as well as internal stakeholders regarding individual account portfolios on all aspects of claims. Route the claim documentation to the appropriate department within the organization for further research and details concerning deductions taken, as well as approval or denial for the deduction. Reconcile account balances as they pertain to deductions and credit/debit memos. Issue credit/debit memos for deductions proven valid.
