Fitness Specialist Job - (Morocco, IN)

Works with the Manager of the Shipley Fitness Center at Newton-Wellesley Hospital to provide for the fitness and wellness needs of all NWH employees, physicians and medical offices staff. Duties include but are not limited to providing direct fitness services to members, teaching exercise classes as needed and supervising Student Interns. If the Fitness Specialist holds a valid clinical licensure within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts they shall be allowed to function within the scope of that licensure while representing NWH. Requirements o B.S. in Fitness, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Recreation or Athletic Training preferred. Persons without a degree will be considered if they have background and work history in the area deemed sufficient to qualify for the position o Current certificates in CPR/FA/AED o Fitness Certification required within 12 mons of date of hire; CSCS
