We are currently looking for an experienced Biologist. Position details: Duties include: Work with staff on the maintenance of laboratory cell lines. Perform transfections of plasmids in a variety of cell types. Work with staff on the maintenance and screening of transgenic mouse colonies; perform tissue dissections. Perform PCR, qRT-PCR and Western blotting. Perform gene cloning and other ligation reactions for plasmid preparation. Isolate DNA from human patient samples and prepare samples for targeted sequencing as needed.
