The perfect applicant is an energetic journalist eager to pitch in on any project, someone who can juggle several tasks and turn around copy quickly. The applicant should know the fitness and nutrition landscape—the latest science, trends, techniques and personalities—and be able to convey that knowledge in clear, bright language. The person we hire must work well with fellow editors and the art and photo staff throughout the editorial process, from story generation to page proof. A passion for the Men's Health brand, and great enthusiasm to help improve lives and engage readers is a must. Assignments include: Assist the Fitness Editor in researching, assigning and writing stories, from short front-of-book items to 3-pagers to features.
