**Must have Advanced skills with Ms excel** Reception / Administration Answer Phones (3 lines) Send out mail and UPS via World-ship Marketing Materials Type quotations for sales department using Microsoft excel Match up receivers and purchase orders to invoices – enter invoices into the accounting system Will be trained to do invoicing. Not part of primary position. Looking for someone with advanced computer knowledge, especially with Ms excel and general data entry. At least 5yrs background doing similar type work. Looking for someone who thrives in a high energy environment and likes people. Must be able to multitask. Must have a professional look, voice and demeanor. This is actually a very important position at this company. This person is the face and voice of our company for new clients. This person creates the quotations that are presented to our clients. Dependability, accuracy and professionalism are a must! We are willing to pay $12 - $15 per hour based on background.
