Painter - (Dover, DE)

Hunt Military Communities is seeking to hire a Painter for multi-family housing complex located on military property. The painter is responsible for painting homes, offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms and some outdoor areas. The painter has the most important role of being part of a customer service driven team and meeting specific work order goals. Goals will be met by managing the work orders, holds times and making ready homes. Additional duties may consist of some basic maintenance, carpentry and other reasonable tasks as requested by management. The majority of the task associated with this position will be performed indoors, however, some duties will require the Painter to function outdoors with exposure to seasonal weather conditions for short periods of time.
