BRANCH MANAGER Purpose/Objective: Assumes responsibility for the management of a smaller full service branch office to ensure max operating efficiency and to promote the image of the credit union within the community. Ensures that goals for sales, small business development, service and profitability are attained. Responsible for the professional development of staff through the successful implementation of Individual Development Plans, coaching and mentoring. Major Responsibilities: * Assumes responsibility for opening and closing branch and overall branch security. Evaluates operating methods and procedures, making recommendations for improvements and implementing improved changes. Makes recommendations to senior management regarding policy changes based on member feedback. Develops appropriate workflows to meet member expectations. * Manages the personnel of a small branch office by: 1.
