Real Estate Store Planner (Paid membership required) - (Bradenton, FL)

Responsibilities: Generate preliminary plans in AutoCad and or Manage outside consulting Architect in the development of preliminary plans consisting of fixture plans, lighting plans and storefront elevations. Review and analyze all data, Landlord design criteria, LODs, as-builts, surveys, pictures, CARS, etc. to ensure proper development of all preliminary plans. Review construction documents to maintain accuracy consistency and correctness of plans. Troubleshoot challenges that arise during the preliminary drawing phase, and develop creative solutions. Partner with Construction Project Managers and direct Architects to develop cost saving measures to resolve budgets to match C.A.R. Manage Architect for prototype adherence, accuracy to code compliance, permit items and criteria. Maintain live prototype set for assigned divisions. Manage external resource partners and consultants to ensure adherence to workplace standards and expectations.
