General Maintenance Position - (Lumberton, NC)

General Maintenance-- Part time needed for Carriage Hills apartment community in Lumberton, NC. The position will involve turning apartments, cleaning, painting, plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, other general repairs and maintenance as needed. Must have valid driver's license, tools, reliable vehicle, and be available for emergency calls. Must pass criminal experience investigation and drug/alcohol screening. Up to $11 per hour depending on experience / 25 hours per week.
