CNC Bender / Robot Programmer - (Fond Du Lac, WI)

Expertise to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Expertise to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the expertise to adjust focus. SUMMARY Programs, sets up and/or operates all bender, flaring, end-forming and cut-off machines to perform various machine functions, such as cutting, bending, end-forming, etc., utilizing knowledge of tool capabilities, material capabilities, forming of materials and shop math. Programs Tulip robot paths and operating parameters for new products and continuous improvement of existing programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/POSITION REQUIREMENTS TULIP - Initiate robot application improvements with regard to machine cycle time, robotic path optimization, and process efficiencies.
