-- Position title: Associate Sample Coordinator -- Overview: -- This position is responsible for processing samples for assigned tests in compliancewith GLP, GMP and ISO standards including: test sample accountability, samplepreparation and extractions.-- -- Responsibilities: -- Processes/prepares samples for assigned tests in compliance with GLP, GMP and ISO standards. Receipt, login, and management of test material inventory. Serve as the client point of contact via email and phone for daily testing clarification and questions that may arise. Creation of study folder and any associated testing materials/documents. Initiates and maintains chain of custody of samples. Coordinates resources, ensures documentation is complete, and manages testing status to ensure on time delivery. Conduct and document the preparation and extraction of materials for testing. Demonstrate excellent management skills as well as good documentation practices. -- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
