Paralegal Staff - (Greensburg, IN)

Position Core Role: Assists with administration and management of litigation and legal projects. Coordinates and manages 3rd-party subpoenas. Coordinates various projects local to the Indiana Manufacturing Plant. Assists with business planning and budget activities. Oversees record retention programs at the Indiana Manufacturing Plant. Represents Legal as a quality management system lead. Responsibilities: Assists the Law Division’s Indiana attorneys with management of litigation and pre-litigation matters. This will involve a variety of tasks, from early investigation of potential claims to organization of claims files to interacting with outside counsel to successfully defend these matters. Manages various projects on a local (i.e. Indiana Manufacturing) level, as well as, includes long term management of records retention practice and support for other regional projects/initiatives on a local level.
