Business Development Manager - Electric Utilities - (Milwaukee, WI)

I. Job description Responsible for business development activities in the electric utilities segment Develops and executes business plan related to prospecting and closing sales to achieve budgeted revenue growth goals and drive internal value to the organization in the electric utilities segment. Works closely with WM resources and Strategic Accounts to cultivate existing accounts and initiate new account growth. II. Essential Duties and Assignments include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Effectively manages prospects pipeline by developing sound marketing plans and maintaining key details in salesforce. Effectively communicates the Waste Management offering in the Electric Utilities segment (disposal, marketing of ash, remediation, on site landfill management, construction etc).
