Basic Function: Direct the day-to-day production, shipping, and preventative maintenance activities at the silica plant and mine in order to maintain a safe working environment and meet production qualifications with a quality product at the lowest possible cost. Maintain satisfactory labor relations. Coordinate work with other plant superintendents to execute plans in achieving operational goals. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory qualifications in regards to Safety & Health and Environmental matters.
