Leasing Consultant - (Manhattan, KS)

Description Primary Duties: Provide tours of apartments for prospects seeking to rent an apartment home Answer questions by interested persons calling and seeking info on apartment homes Assist with documentation involved with leasing a new apartment home Conduct follow-up communications with those persons considering renting an apartment home Answer questions of residents living at the apartment community Participate in the community outreach program Qualifications Desired Qualities: Background in sales and property management with the expertise to deal with the public in a friendly, professional manner; honest character and a happy/upbeat positive personality Understand the importance of sales and service; committed to investing the time, talent, and efforts necessary to be successful Strong technical skills Excellent personal organizational, multi-tasking, and people skills Hours: Approx 40 hours per week; Saturday hours will be required on a rotational basis
