What You'll Do/Need As part of Bedrock's Wellness Center, the Yoga Instructor will provide the highest level of customer service to our members. This Team player will use his or her ability to help guide students in yoga through a variety of postures, or asanas, and breathing exercises during group classes or 1 on one classes as requested.
