WIN-T Lead Instructional Designer with Security Clearance - (Augusta, GA)

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is looking for a highly motivated Lead Instructional Designer with at least five (5) years' background to join our team of skilled professionals for the Warfighter Info Network - Tactical (WIN-T) program. Work is primarily performed at Fort Gordon, GA. As a WIN-T Lead Instructional Designer the most qualified candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) development process within a TRADOC organization developing training for WIN-T in a Live, Virtual and Constructive learning environment by following the guidelines of TRADOC Regulation 350-70. Additionally, the Lead Instructional Designer will supervise a team of Instructional Designers and work together with Multimedia Designers to employ the latest technologies and best practices to ensure student learning.
