We are seeking an Agency Growth Consultant to perform a supportive role to the Agency Manager, as well as new agents, veteran agents, and agent's staff. The primary purpose of the Agency Manager is to recruit and retain agents, promote the growth of accounts and individual policies, and to drive the retention of our clients and our business. This Agency Growth Consultant will support the Agency Manager in a manner that will increase Agency Manager's capacity for joint work, recruiting, and agent development.
