Project Manager for established and growing residential remodeling contractor specializing in custom bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and decks. Responsibilities: - Manage project cost, schedule, work quality, & subcontractors. - Provide project cost input and technical review of projects in design as needed. - Document all project changes and maintain complete project files. - Troubleshoot technical issues and review necessary changes with design & client. - Produce project building material lists and have materials on site when needed. - Manage punch-out and close-out process for projects. - Hire subcontractors and negotiate their pricing. - Work as a team with sales and design. - Contribute to company project calendar. - Manage remodeling projects at a predictable & rapid pace. - Maintain a daily status of all projects. - Manage client relationship during project with calm professionalism & communication. - Deliver excellent client satisfaction.
