Location: goldsboro,nc Salary: Open Description: Key responsibilities Ensures that the weekly preventive maintenance program is being followed. Continually monitors and supervises lead men and mechanics throughout the day, with focus on work quality and efficiency. Enforces all safety rules, good manufacturing practices, department and company policy. Education & Background High-school certificate, GED or Equivalent required. 3yrs of background in Maintenance in a manufacturing plant required.. With a min of 2yrs of background in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment required or 4 yrs as a Lead. Certified for Allen Bradley PLC programming or equivalent preferred.
