Overview: The Customer Service Professional supports and enhances the overall UL background for internal and external customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Professional provides general UL details and provides administrative support in various areas. Responsibilities: Receives inquiries from customers from various sources (phone and email), answers questions and/or resolves individual problems. Coordinates and develops customer relationships by handling customer inquiries on such topics as My Home. Handles all aspects of the closing task for our DAP (Data Acceptance Program).
