Business Analyst - I - (San Francisco, CA)

Position title: Business Analyst Job Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6+ months contract Position overview: This role will report into the Premier Operations organization within Customer Success at the client site. The applicant will be involved in the operational / analytics support and some delivery support of Success Accelerators. Position duties: Perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operations of Premier Points for allocation and management. This includes ensuring managing field requests, assessing volume based on delivery objectives and AOV, and outlining the file each week for courtesy order creation by Sales Operations. Assist with tasks and data loads related to Accelerator 2.0 strategy. Help inventory and update content in various chatter groups, gdocs, sites so we can better manage the content for our internal and external customers. Monitor and update Opportunity data to ensure accurate Premier product forecasts and bookings reports.
