COMPANY & LOCATION A producer of nonferrous sheet, this company has a long history of profitability and is 1 of the key producers in this market segment. The company’s production facility is located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. COMPENSATION Anticipated compensation is in the 85K range ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, this position has supervisory/management responsibility for the production of nonferrous metal sheet. • Directly supervise three to 4 Managers with an area of responsibility including 50-60 employees. • Plan work schedules and staffing levels. • Achieve daily departmental production goals and objectives. • Supervise and train employees • Ensure safety QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE A BS in Engineering is preferred along with 7+ years of production supervision background in a heavy industry environment.
