Provides activities and leisure assessment and group counseling services to assigned caseload of patients 8:00-16:30 Monday-Friday with occassional weekends. Bachelor degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related position; Masters Degree preferred. Min one year relevant work background in a healthcare setting.
