Youth Development Program Coordinator - (Brattleboro, VT)

Youth Development Program Coordinator Youth Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide support around housing, school, and employment for older youth transitioning into adulthood and/or out of state's custody. Duties include screening and assessment of youth's skills, development of case plans, providing independent living skills groups, and advocacy for adolescents.
