This is a highly visible position and the right person will lead the business planning, marketing, manufacturing, application engineering, product development, process engineering and design engineering efforts for 1 of their most profitable product lines. Qualifications: An MBA is preferred At least 6yrs of similar background in an electrical component manufacturing company. Technical market analysis, business development and presentation skills are critical. You must also be persuasive and able to sell your plans and ideas to people from all functions and at all levels of the organization. Computer skills are important because of the sophisticated manufacturing processes and technical applications where this product is used.
