As a representative of H&R Block, you are responsible for providing an outstanding client background by utilizing interview techniques that will help you determine the client's needs and then offering the appropriate product or service that meets those needs. You are expected to provide an accurate and complete tax return, using a high degree of ethics and integrity. You will incorporate good communication expertise with both clients and fellow H&R Block associates, promoting teamwork and collaboration throughout the tax office and district. This position title includes the Certification Level/ Titles referenced in the H&R Block Tax Professional Certification Program. Education These skills are typically acquired through the completion of a high-school diploma or equivalent. Background These skills are typically acquired through the successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent and have passed the examination with a grade of 70% or better.
