A career opportunity is now available for a Home Care Nurse Manager with an acute care hospital in beautiful Southwest Ohio. This facility is easily accessible from both Cincinnati and Dayton and is located in a quiet suburban community that features a historic downtown district and desirable neighborhoods. The Home Health Services RN Manager will join a small, nearly 100-bed hospital with 75+ years care to its name in the region. In addition to a Home Care Department that’s been recognized as a “HomeCare Elite” top facility, the hospital features a 24-hour Emergency Department, Outpatient Laboratory, Intensive Care Unit and a Surgery Center that includes same-day services. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Home Health Nurse Care Manager will provide leadership to a distinguished team. This includes Physical Therapists, Social Workers, RNs, LPNs and Speech Pathologists.
