Our comprehensive programs meet the changing needs of both our short term patients recovering from surgery or an acute illness, as well as the needs of our long term residents The perfect applicant must possess: Current expertise of care plans and discharge planning services The expertise to assist potential and existing residents and patients with the Medicare and Medicaid application process.
