Business Development Rep needed - Automotive Dealership Your responsibilities include: - Answer all incoming sales calls - Respond to and follow up all internet leads - Make follow up calls to unsold/sold customers - Make C.S.I. follow up calls - Assist customers by answering their questions and helping them demo, select and purchase the right vehicle for their needs. - Responsible for assuring customer satisfaction. Other Duties: - Maintain a sold customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business to contribute to customer satisfaction. - Assist sales staff to manage deals from start to finish. - Provide sales reports for the management team. - Perform proper customer follow-up to unsold customers to maximize all selling opportunities.
