Maintenance Supervisor - (Sartell, MN)

GENERAL SUMMARY The position plans, prioritizes, and schedules maintenance work to maintain the highest level of continuous productivity at DeZURIK. To accomplish this task the Maintenance Supervisor will be knowledgeable of all facets of the maintenance function and manage a workforce that is well trained and disciplined to safely meet the needs of the facility. The job necessitates great communication expertise and the expertise to coordinate and work with other departments to ensure company objectives are met. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIRED FUNCTIONS) Lead a team of personnel responsible for maintaining, repairing and rebuilding various production equipment. Work with department. supervisors, engineers and managers to provide maintenance service and details to help maximize productivity. Prioritize work requests and maintenance work orders within Maintimizer (Maintenance Software) to meet highest level of customer service and minimize machine downtime.
