Nuclear Trades Instructor - (Chicago, IL)

The Nuclear Operations Training Instructor is responsible for developing and conducting training to support the Nuclear Trade Training Program for EB trades, supervisors, and NRMD personnel in trade and related radiological skills topics for Nuclear Pipefitters. Specific tasks will include: • Work with representatives from Operations and Engineering departments to assist in the development of training objectives and training materials • Conduct classroom and practical training for nuclear operations personnel and NRMD mechanics • Develop and maintain an exam question bank, develop written examinations, evaluate and analyze examination results; write exam assessment reports • Conduct shipboard deck plate training validations and write follow-up assessments • Observe and evaluate personnel performing shipboard work to validate level of knowledge and practical abilities
